JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform a variety of duties related to sales support and client relationship management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Provide customer service support to Regional Managers and Senior Agency Relations
* Answer inbound customer service calls promptly and professionally, typically between 16-20 calls per day (financing quotes and other customer service-related calls)
* Assist other departments in collecting unpaid amounts due to Capital
* Help train agencies on utilizing FinancePro (quotes, access account information, etc.)
* Set an example of a high-performing Capital employee
* Demonstrate Capital’s core values in your performance
* Ensure the highest level of quality customer service
* Promote proper coordination/relationship building with other departments at Capital
* Maintain a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance
* Follow company and department policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to handle FinancePro functions, and other computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be well-organized
* Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime, when necessary
* Must be able to work well with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
